These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of MeTubez, operated by Twenties Entertainment Pvt Ltd (“Company”). By using MeTubez, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use MeTubez. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must consent on your behalf.

Creator accounts

MeTubers are responsible for the content they upload. Content must comply with our Community Guidelines, applicable Indian law, and not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

Earnings and payouts

Creator earnings are calculated based on valid views as defined in the MeTubers program terms. Payout requests may be made when the balance reaches ₹100. The Company reserves the right to withhold payment if fraud or policy violations are detected.

Prohibited conduct

Users may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or violates the rights of others. View manipulation, botting, and artificial engagement are strictly prohibited.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant MeTubez a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MeTubez.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
