Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding contract between you (“Creator”, “MeTuber”, “you”) and Twenties Entertainment Private Limited, operator of the MeTubez platform (“MeTubez”, “we”, “us”). By uploading content, monetizing videos, or requesting payouts on MeTubez, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

This Agreement should be read alongside our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Creator Earnings Policy, and View Counting Policy.

1. Eligibility

To become a monetized MeTuber, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have verified parental or legal guardian consent if between 13 and 18
• Have a valid Indian mobile number and email address
• Have a valid PAN card and UPI ID or Indian bank account for payouts
• Be legally competent to enter into contracts under Indian law
• Not be based in any jurisdiction where MeTubez is prohibited from operating

Users under 13 years of age are not permitted to create MeTuber accounts or monetize content.

2. Content ownership and license

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to MeTubez. Uploading content does not transfer ownership to us.

By uploading content, you grant MeTubez a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

• Host, store, and display your content on the MeTubez platform
• Distribute your content through MeTubez apps, website, and partner surfaces
• Promote your content in MeTubez marketing materials, press features, and app store listings
• Reformat or resize your content for platform delivery (maintaining original quality)
• Serve advertising alongside your content and share revenue as described in our Creator Earnings Policy

This license remains in effect as long as your content is live on MeTubez. When you delete content or your account, this license terminates for the deleted content, with a reasonable technical delay for removal from caches and backups.

3. Your representations

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and distribute the content
• Your content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Your content does not violate any applicable law, including copyright, trademark, privacy, and publicity rights
• Any individuals who appear in your content have consented to their appearance and to the commercial exploitation of the content
• You have the right to use any music, background, or footage in your content
• You are not impersonating any person, brand, or entity

Violation of these representations may result in content removal, tier demotion, earnings forfeit, or account termination.

4. Content standards

All content uploaded to MeTubez must comply with our Community Guidelines. Prohibited content includes:

• Sexually explicit or nude content
• Content depicting violence, harm, or dangerous activities
• Hate speech, harassment, or content promoting discrimination
• Misinformation, including political and health-related false claims
• Content that violates Indian law, including anti-national content and content that incites religious or communal disharmony
• Copyright-infringing content, including unauthorized use of music, film clips, or other creative works
• Content depicting minors in unsafe or inappropriate situations
• Content promoting illegal drugs, weapons, or restricted substances
• Spam, clickbait, or misleading titles and thumbnails

MeTubez reserves the right to remove content that violates our guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat violators.

5. Monetization

Monetization terms are governed by our Creator Earnings Policy. Key points:

• You start earning from your first uploaded video
• Earnings are based on valid views as defined in our View Counting Policy
• Rates depend on your tier and content format
• Minimum payout threshold is ₹100
• Payouts are processed within 3 to 5 working days via UPI or bank transfer
• You are responsible for taxes on your earnings

MeTubez reserves the right to withhold payouts if fraudulent activity is detected, pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, affected earnings are forfeit. If no fraud is found, withheld earnings are released promptly.

6. Anti-fraud provisions

You agree not to:

• Purchase views, followers, subscribers, or engagement from third parties
• Use bots, automated scripts, or other tools to manipulate metrics
• Create multiple accounts to inflate views on your own content
• Participate in view exchange or “view for view” schemes
• Engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior

Violation results in immediate earnings forfeit, potential tier demotion, and possible permanent account termination. Repeat or severe violations may be reported to law enforcement if applicable.

7. Platform rights

MeTubez reserves the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any feature of the platform with reasonable notice
• Update rates, tiers, and earning models as described in our Creator Earnings Policy
• Remove content that violates our guidelines or applicable law
• Suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations
• Refuse to onboard applicants at our discretion
• Adjust our valid-view methodology to combat evolving fraud patterns

Material changes to this Agreement, our earning rates, or your monetization terms are notified at least 30 days in advance.

8. Termination

By you

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting your MeTuber account. Upon termination:

• Your content is removed from the platform
• Pending earnings of ₹100 or above are paid out to your registered UPI or bank account
• Earnings below ₹100 are forfeit
• Your license grant to MeTubez terminates, subject to reasonable technical delay for removal

By MeTubez

We may terminate your MeTuber account and this Agreement if:

• You violate our Community Guidelines, Terms of Use, or this Agreement
• Fraudulent activity is detected on your account
• Your account is inactive for 12 continuous months
• Applicable law requires termination
• We discontinue the MeTuber program (with 90 days advance notice)

Upon termination by MeTubez for policy violations, all pending earnings may be forfeit at our discretion.

9. Limitation of liability

MeTubez provides the platform on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee:

• Specific earning outcomes
• Continuous or uninterrupted platform availability
• Growth to any particular tier or subscriber count
• Discovery by brands or featuring in editorial spots

MeTubez's total liability under this Agreement is limited to the value of your unpaid earnings, if any, at the time a claim arises.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, opportunity, or reputation.

10. Governing law and disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Agreement are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through our grievance process. Contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@metubez.com.

11. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance via email and in-app notification.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to changes, you may terminate your MeTuber account before the changes take effect.
